What Your Data is Doing (or Not Doing) for You

Arguably the most important asset in your fundraising office is your donor database.  However, it tends to be a tool that is often neglected and ill maintained. Holly will share tips and tools and horror stories related to choosing, converting and enhancing data management as well as plain surviving the information age as it relates to fundraising.  With more than 15 years worth of database administration and management experience, Holly will help you sort through the myths, hear-say and speculation surrounding technology while providing resources and action plans to support your program.

PRESENTED BY: Holly Parrish, CFRE, MPA

Holly Parrish has acquired just enough experience in fundraising and non-profit management over the last 2 decades to be considered “well-seasoned.”  As owner of PH Solutions, Holly enjoys helping her fellow frustrated fundraisers get better results in their programs.  Holly is a graduate of Florida Southern College and holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration & Non-Profit Management from USF. A CFRE since 2004, Holly has worked for more than 17 years in Fundraising, Public Relations and Marketing - 10 of them with the Lakeland Regional Medical Center Foundation.  In 2013, Holly Parrish and her late co-founder Paula Higgins launched PH Solutions, LLC to assist non-profit organizations in running more efficient development efforts.  Since that time, the organization has assisted more than 30 non-profits throughout the United States focusing on program/grant management, strategic development planning and outsourced database administration services. Holly is a Blackbaud Consulting Partner and is Raiser’s Edge certified (bCRE). Holly’s other passions aside from philanthropic work are music and theatre.  Holly teaches voice and piano privately and has showcased her talents as a performer and director for dozens of local theatre productions over the past 20 years.
